The Company was founded by Ronald Rodriguez, CEO who has more than 25 years’ experience in the Financial / Mortgage industry. He is a highly qualified executive manager with financial management and controller experience within the business distribution and service industries. Ron is passionate about helping people achieve not just there lending needs but making sure they are happy with the home they are buying as well. In his spare time he loves relaxing by playing golf.

Vice President/COO
Mr. Esparza’s skill set is well-rounded in that he has worked in the real estate field since 2001 in both highly technical fields as a specialist in global data communications and operations covering North America as well as in sales and marketing building and developing relationships with Fortune 500 clients. His passion is to help people achieve there goals and inspire those he comes across to continue to challenge themselves and conquer there own dreams. In his spare time he loves traveling and playing sports.
